Our IDEA Steering Group guides how inclusion shows up across our policies, events, communications and everyday behaviours - ensuring our commitments translate into meaningful action.
Our Flexible Working approach helps people work in ways that support their individual needs and wellbeing, while our philosophy on KPI's centres on accessibility, fairness and the whole person. This isn’t a checkbox exercise; it’s a core value embedded in how we make decisions and how we treat one another. When people feel valued and heard, we all thrive together.
2. We commit to acknowledging our gaps - and improving with intention.
We know inclusion requires ongoing work. That’s why we continue partnering with external specialists such as Equitas, Get Optimal and the LMF Network to help us challenge assumptions, review our systems, and ensure our processes reflect the diverse communities we serve.
While our representation across gender and sexual identity is strong, we recognise the need to demonstrate visible allyship across all groups. Through continuous learning, education and transparent communication, we’re strengthening our ability to support every identity and every lived experience.
We’re also reviewing and refining our hiring practices - both internally and for our clients - to remove unconscious bias and create fairer, more equitable ways of attracting, selecting and supporting talent across the data industry.

Our goal is to empower every colleague with systems that are fair, transparent and supportive. We are continually refining our onboarding experience, investing in training and development for every team member, and reviewing career progression annually through a clear, structured and equitable framework.
