Nurture connects academia and industry to provide a pipeline of top-tier future professionals who bring capability and opportunity to your people and projects across Data Science, IoT and AI & Sustainability.

Nurture is a hybrid internship programme where MSc students join you for a 3 month project that informs their final dissertation whilst being fully supported by an academic advisor. These students work on live projects provided by participating businesses, applying their technical expertise to real business problems.
