Objective:
To accelerate business understanding and value from data by leveraging scalable Big Data solutions and bespoke AI models. Our aim is to empower organisations to predict outcomes, forecast KPIs, detect anomalies, and recommend next-best actions - while also guiding them through the foundational steps needed to begin their AI journey with confidence.
Solution:
Recognising the challenge of talent shortages in data and AI, we sought new ways to engage emerging professionals. Referred by a satisfied client who benefitted from the Nurture Programme, we partnered with Eden Smith to connect with early-career data and machine learning talent.
Results:
- Embedding best practice ways of working early with somebody at the start of their journey.
- Diversity is the key to success in any project and the team provided by the Nurture Programme enables us to have a variety of different voices.
