Executive Summary

The MSc students’ ability to work independently, coupled with their openness to feedback, has made the experience both productive and enjoyable.



Project One -  Customer Services

This project applied regression techniques to identify drivers of demand across service channels. 


Project Two - Household Debt

The Household Debt Predictive Model, based on neural networks, provided a robust framework for predicting at-risk households.


 Project Three - Residents Survey

The analysis of the 2024 Residents Survey will offer us fresh insights into the drivers of resident satisfaction. 


Results:

  1. Delivery Models: providing us evidence to help us shape more inclusive and efficient delivery models
  2. Predictive & Analytical Model: informing early intervention strategies and supporting our strategic planning and service design.
  3. Improving Internal Capability: Introduced our team to valuable data science methodologies that have enhanced our approach to solving business problems and contributed to foster a culture of experimentation and learning within our team.
